This project is a contemporary reinterpretation of the historic Bosančica script, transforming its traditional letterforms into a bold geometric type system built from cubic structures and organic irregularities. Inspired by the cultural and historical significance of the medieval Bosnian alphabet, the typeface balances architectural precision with a handcrafted visual rhythm, creating forms that feel both ancient and digital. Through abstraction, modular composition, and experimental typography, the project explores the relationship between heritage and modern visual culture, repositioning Bosančica as a living design language rather than a preserved artifact. The accompanying visual identity extends the font into a cohesive graphic system that merges archival influence with contemporary editorial and digital aesthetics, turning the typeface into both a communication tool and a cultural statement.
